ko_kr : general desc update + shadow fonts (#747)

* added shadowed fonts (dotum10, soyakkoma, soyanon)
* changed default font to 'korean_yoonwebdotum10_shadow'
* fixed some major issues with health conversion
* fixed some word inconsistency
*  sync with en_us

...
