BIG french update (#713)
* Updated some french descriptions * Overhauled french wisp descriptions * Updated technical stuff in the fr file (thanks siraxtas!) * Added missing golden trinket entry to fr * Added item pool stuff to fr * Added car battery stuff to fr * updated car battery modifier to match other modifiers * updated one english car battery description * 65+25 that's 100 quick maths * properly localized golden trinkets (french) * Car battery rework + french adjustments * Conditional descriptions (french) * update to latest features * New icon + various tiny icon changes * Added a "stat up and down" icon for effects that both increase and lower a stat (Berserk tear rate), or random stat changes (AB+ experimental treatment) * translation first pass completed (?) needs checking * small improvements * small char changes * healing stuff * wisp improvements part 1 * wisps part 2 * final changes + poop icons (wrong branch...) --------- Co-authored-by: wofsauge <jan-.-@t-online.de>
