* Update de.lua

* translated up to 48

- ab+ german translation up to item 68
- some consistency changes
- changed some wording in en_us

* translated to 88

- translated up to item 88
- minor consistency and wording change in en_us

* updated to 106

* updated to 108

- changed some consistency stuff, that de ab+, en_us ab+ and en_us rep are the same. de rep gets added once i start changing the translation there.

- added item names at the end of the row in the rep file. doing it for ab+ too next commit.

- some minor changes in en_us

* updated item name info

- added and fixed all item name info for en_us and de, in ab+ and rep.
- fixed some minor things on top of it
- removed some german translations from de.lua (rep), since they are not in the en_us.lua (rep) version, and added some missing ones to de.lua (rep) (not translated yet)

* consistency spelling

since the game uses just an apostrophe after a name with "s" as an ending, i changed it for our comments too.
