massive rewrite for consistency
standardized all tense usage so that descriptions are in the present tense unless the action happens in the future
standardized references to the character ("you", "the character", "the player", etc.) so that all descriptions say "Isaac" unless the description is specifically talking about characters, in which cases it becomes "the player"
Standardized "gain", "adds", "gives", etc. to "grants"
Standardized formulations to make clearer sentences ("when taking damage, gives +1 damage up" -> "taking damage grants +1 damage up")
Removed superfluous info, overly complex formulas and purely cosmetic descriptions
Made some descriptions clearer ("bomb tears" -> "isaac shoots bombs instead of tears")
Removed the word familiar from familiar descriptions ("familiar that shoots spectral tears" -> "shoots spectral tears")
Made verbs third person ("Heal a red heart" -> "Heals a red heart")
Changed Sacrifice Room and Sanguine Bond descriptions to make them easier to read
Probably a lot more too but i've been on it for a while and i forgot
might be errors in there i haven't run it through spellcheck
